I had some medicine-caused nerve damage to my feet. Cupping has helped - some or all of it is stagnation, and cupping removed these leech-shaped stagnations that are sitting around the nerves. I felt much relief after that, and am still doing foot exercises. I take all but hemp seeds regularly. Thank you for this good information.
