Hi everyone and welcome to this hypnosis for weight loss and exercise motivation spoken by my female voice of Tansy Forrest. As many of you know from my other YouTube videos I don't believe in diets, instead eating well and maintaining a healthy weight I believe is about balance, moderation and having a little treat now and again so you don't feel deprived. Remember it's what you do that majority of time that counts!

Found this for the first time, got up this morning, immediately got on my clothes and exercised with a YouTube video!! It was for 10 minutes, but that's OK, I'm out of shape. If all you can do is 5-10 minutes on some days, that is good enough!! You'll have other days you can exercise longer. ❤

This seriously works.
I listened for a week before I finally had the motivation to go to the gym. I stopped listening and went to something else and immediately lost all motivation again. 1 night of listening and I was back at it.

Well, that was funny, lol. I have been doing hypnosis videos for at least a year now and have become familiar with what works for me (or so, I thought). I started this video, and about 5 minutes in, had the thought, "This one isn't going to work for me, I'll just stop and pick a different video." Suddenly, I realized that the harder I tried to come out of it and change the video, the deeper in I went. I had such a vivid experience that it's difficult to type it all here. I even had the thought that I must be asleep and dreaming because it felt too real, but I came right out of with when you talked us out of it, so it couldn't have been sleep. Now, I'm excited to see how it works for me! The only part I didn't care for was the part that says I'll have 3 meals a day because I have a lot of chronic health issues and eating 3 means a day would be to my detriment but I was easily able to change those words in my mind, to what I needed them to be. Overall, this seems like a fantastic hypnosis, and I've got high hopes for my results.

I realise this is 4 years old now but it’s helped me no end. Listened to it every day for 2 weeks now and my will power is so much better than before and it’s really working. Sometimes it feels like I miss half of what you are saying as I drift away and worry it may not be working but it most certainly is. Thankyou again

Proof is in the pudding. Got up, got busy. I’ve been in a non-mobile funk for about a year. I have been quite productive today and it isn’t even lunch yet! Thank you. Looking forward to seeing what tomorrow brings.

I’ve been l listening for 20 days. I’ve lost 4.5 pounds. I’m exercising, eating less often (only when hungry), not eating junk food, and eating smaller portions. This a real review…no reason to make it up. I do Ketamine micro dosing and listen to this one or twice a day while doing my Ketamine sessions (it’s for depression). It’s working wonders, but I’ve never read anything about it helping with weight loss, so it has to be this video. Also, I never ate more when I was depressed or anything…I would eat out of boredom. I highly recommend this!

I really like your videos, especially the ones that are about 30 minutes long. That length seems perfect to me.

There are two things I'd like you to consider: the focus on a "slender body" and the part about people "watching you and you like the attention."

As we age, or if there is a lot of weight to lose, we may never have a "slender body". I'd much prefer "your body is healthy and strong. "

As for the part about people watching you and liking the attention. I'd prefer: "you feel confident wherever you go", leaving out the part about people watching you.

I read the comments while starting. People said they were falling asleep so I had a cup of coffee to listen to the script. Eat meals, few snacks if any in between, then healthier choices. Smaller portions. I've had enough. Eat slowly. Desire to exercise. Food diary. If not hungry, won't want to eat. Taking control of your eating habits.

This is a wonderful recording, your voice is so soothing. I found it very effective and was listening to it regularly before going to sleep, but I've had to stop because there is now a very loud commercial ad at the end of it which awakens me, jolts me out of that first important sleep. 😢

I really enjoyed this audio! I appreciated the fact that you inserted the negative habits and then changed them into positive behaviors that we want to choose plus adding a lifetime of desired exercise which I really needed! It made it more realistic for me instead of having only the positive behaviors. You have a very pleasant voice which makes it comfortable to listen too. Keep up the great work! Thank you

Hi I just found this tonight, so I am going to try it for the first time. No one has ever been successful at hypnotizing me, not sure why I can’t get hypnotize. But I’ll try it and it as my bedtime thing sleep through it and see if there’s change in me. I’ll keep doing it for a week every night and will see. I’ll post at the end of the week if I notice any change, it may take longer.

Its a beautiful hypnosis. I’m already doing well on my way to improve my relationship with food and excise, yet I love the future self mirror exercise. I do the hypnoses while doing low cardio (kind of walking mediation)

Tansy, your voice is really soothing. I would wish you would do a meditation on finding love/ a relationship. I know, it’s not your focus, but I can image your voice just so well for programming myself to feel loved. :)
