I will say I was put under to let go and forgive folks that had hurt me over the years....I finally after 15 years was able to forgive and move on from my first love. She hurt me so bad and I carried that hurt for 15 years. Also forgiving my birth father for walking out and leaving me and mom. I cried for over 2 hours under hypnosis telling him in my mind the hurt he caused me. Now I'm fine....a weight has been lifted. Hypnosis works if you want it to work
