I can’t do strength training right now by Dr. Orders but I’m losing weight, using resistance bands and walking the treadmill they are working !!

I’m guessing that this works for regular belly fat as well! I started strength training a few weeks ago. It’s one of the best things that I’ve ever done for myself. Thank you for the encouragement!!
