Changing what i eat changed my body shape. I cut out sugar, sweet fruits, rice, pastas and pastry, that totally changed my body shape and no more belly fat!

This doctor didn't mention types of food. Read the book Wheat Belly and learn about how carbs turn immediately to fat that is stored mainly in the belly. If you want a flatter belly give up wheat and all things made with wheat. I lost 20 pounds after reading Wheat Belly. Kept it off for 5 years. Started eating wheat again and have gained back half of it.

Exercise, don''t eat between meals don't eat after dinner. I am 58 & weigh 54kg with a flat stomach I weighed 50kg 20 years ago.

Fast to encourage the body to use white fat (belly visceral fat) and do things like cold showers to build brown fat (good fat stored in the buttocks)

Thank you so much for this, as well as the article on your website, I could relate to everything! I'm right there with the gain in belly & breasts, made more difficult because of almost lifelong disordered eating & poor body image. This might just get me to bed earlier, tho!

What about people who are on aromatase inhibitors for cancer treatment? Any tips for tackling the side effects? That would be wonderful! These pills have been around for years and no one has worked on treating the side effects of shutting down the estrogen! :(
