Pre exhaust is perfect for 12-15 rep range. Like for chest do flat dumbbell flys superset with Barbell incline press. For back do bench dumbbell pullover superset with rev. Lat pulldowns. For quads do leg extensions with squats.

I do the same thing with my bulk meals. 10 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds, and then I drive right across the street to Wendy’s for bacon doubles.

A superset just basically means a minimum of two exercises done back to back. Regardless of them being opposing muscles or the same musc.
