Using a notebook is awesome. I don't know how you exercise without keeping track. Like I have day 1 workout, day 2 workout, day 3 workout. And repeat with 1 day off each week. And I honestly would forget my reps and sets and simply just forget to do an exercise (because there are so many). Plus it's really cool to cross out 10 reps and write 11 and see that progress.
