I watched this video a year ago and i:
- quit smoking already a year
- got my drivers licence
- got one of the highest grades on the university
- lost 28kg and got muscles
- eat healthy

What one video can do.. If i can do it you can too! Buy a whiteboard write your goals on them and make your goals reality!
