4-ingredient Healthy Mango Smoothie🤩 This smoothie is super creamy and so delicious😋

This makes two servings:
1 1/2 cups / 9 oz. frozen mango chunks (about 260 g) *
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml, about 250g)
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup milk of choice (120 - 180 ml)
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g mango per serving and add frozen pineapple instead😁

I love mango smoothies.
I make the samething, but I add hemp hearts, vanilla yogurt, and a good chunk of ginger. Omg it tastes so good with ginger!! I also squeeze a bit of orange juice too. You should try adding ginger to it. 🤤🤤🥰🥰👍
If I feel like I need more protein (after a workout), I will also add protein powder.

FYI- The soaked chia seeds works with strawberries, blueberries and banana smoothies aswell
