4-ingredient Tropical Protein Smoothie🤩 This is such an easy and refreshing snack, dessert or breakfast idea😋

This recipe makes 2 servings:
3/4 cup frozen mango cubes* (180 ml)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple (180 ml)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (360 ml)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, be sure to use lactose-free yogurt and less than 40g mango per serving☺️
