1)For Simple Mango Smoothie:

Ingredients:
Mangoes Chopped - 1 cup
Greek Yogurt or thick yogurt - 1 Cup
Honey or any sweetener - 1 TBSP
Vanilla Extract -1/2 tsp
ice cubes 4 - 6

Procedure: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth .

2)For Mango Strawberry Smoothie:

Ingredients:
Mangoes Chopped - 1 cup
Greek Yogurt or thick yogurt - 1 Cup
strawberries chopped - 1/2 or 1 cup
Honey or any sweetener - 1 TBSP
ice cubes 4 - 6

Procedure: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth .

3) For Mango-Orange-Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:
Mangoes Chopped - 1 cup
Greek Yogurt or thick yogurt - 1 Cup
Pineapple chopped - 1 cup
Orange - 1 in Number
Honey or any sweetener - 1 TBSP
Banana - 1
ice cubes 4 - 6

Procedure: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth .

4)Mango-Strawberry-Banana Smoothie:

Ingredients:
Mangoes Chopped - 1 cup
Strawberries chopped - 1 cup
Honey or any sweetener - 1 TBSP
Banana - 1
ice cubes 4 - 6

Procedure: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth .

Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the make the smoothie more healthy I added greek yogurt....If you are not big fan of greek yogurt, can replace with regular yogurt..Thanks for watching ...:)

I made the first smoothie, I recommended not to use Greek yogurt and don’t add 1 tbsp of honey because it will be strong.

I tried the 3rd one and it is so good but it tastes a lot like bananas so I’d probably not use a full banana 😸
