I can tell my personal view: most of my friends and me are not able to find opportunities in India because of reservation system. We left india and came abroad and working in top 100 companies. Now adays lot of foreign companies opened development centers in India and the current generation can work in private sector in India. But still today the government sector jobs or seats in top class universities are still hard to get because of reservations

I think a strong successful Indian American community is good for India's influence in the USA. Everyone here prays for more success of Indian community there.

My Opinion on this Topic as Follows: These people went to US when there was not any start-up culture in India. I feel present govt is promoting the start-up culture in India and that's why in 2020-21 we have so many unicorns in India. #StandupIndiaStartupIndia. India is growing very fast. I believe the time is not so much far where people from India will go to US very less and instead of that they will start their own company in India. My own brother was having US Job offer but He declined that offer and started his own App Development company in Bangalore and guess what he is doing awesome. Just give 3-4 years more and India will also become techgiant. I am pretty optimistic on that.

Bottom line, you need to have the fire to become CEO or someone higher in the food chain and also be ready to lose sleep with stress management quality. Plus ofcourse the talent to sustain.
