As an young Indian doctor in USA, I must appreciate the openness of the American culture, contrasted with barricades for outsiders in many other countries. That being said, the work culture and circumstances in India have to be made better if the ‘brain drain’ is to be stopped.

I'm not Indian, I am from Dominican Republic, but I am a Software Engineer and have worked with many many Indians as colleagues and have had many Indian Managers. They are great people to work with. 🙌🏻
