Join Trainer Lindsay for a back workout for women that can all be done on the cable machine. Watch the video and follow the workout structure below.

In this back workout, you'll do 5 different exercises. Each exercise can be done for 4 sets, doing 12-15 reps each time. You should rest for 45 seconds to a minute and then jump back into the next exercise.

Exercises:

Single Arm Lat Pull Down
High Anchor Cable Row
Standing Cable Row w/ Rope
Straight Arm Lat Pull Down
Single Arm Cable Row

Is there anyway you can redo all these video with a bigger frame of the machine and your whole body? This workout is my Saturday back routine at the gym and as a anxious person I get nervous I’m doing it wrong. If you can do the video with a bigger frame of everything that would be soooo helpful. Workouts are great but would be good to have your full frame including leg posture in the video for workouts so we know we arent going wrong anywhere

I love this!! One of my clients doesn't have access to any dumbbells because of COVID, so we are really taking advantage of the cable machine. Thank you for sharing!!

The camera angles should’ve shown her body movements more not so much of her face. I wish I had a clear position in my head. Other than that I loved it.

I love the workout but you need to fix the view so we can see your whole body the entire time. I kept having to change my view just to see your body Postion.

Super helpful video but often way too zoomed in. You have an absolutely stunning gorgeous face, but this is a workout video. It was often zoomed so far in on your face idk what the body is supposed to be doing. For single arm cable row you said staggered position, but it was so zoomed it I literally never got to see your legs or even know what you mean by that. The camera work is artistic and high quality, but I think it'd be infinitely more helpful if we could actually see your full body. The camera man is doing too much. Making it sooo beautiful and dramatic that it takes away from the actual usefulness of the video. Anyway, thanks for making it. Still helpful.
