Fixing Muscle Imbalances!

How do you fix muscle imbalances? If I had them here’s how I’d do it: I’d switch most of the exercises for whatever muscle group is lacking to unilateral movements (one side at a time). I’d then start with my weaker side and then just match the weight and reps with the stronger side. This will prevent the problem from getting worse, and over time your weaker side will catch up.

I’m new to working out at the gym and my left tends to get in the way of my reps in the end.

I’ll definitely work more on my left arm
