I suffered the borderline disorder for over 23 years, with so much anxiety not until I came across psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment actually saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean.
Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms

i have visual snow syndrome and basically all the symptoms that come with it and let me tell you, it's a pain to deal with. i'm forever disassociating because of it and i will often walk into things as my depth perception is terrible. not to mention, the photophobia that can come with it is physically painful. thankfully most people only have it mild, but it can impact your daily life a LOT for some of us
edit: i also am autistic and have sensory issues ontop of that, so when one plays up, the other starts playing up too. it's so irritating lmao

Her: Erotomania is when someone believes someone loves them even though they don't.

Edit: I won't say thank-you for the likes. It will just ruin the whole fresh vibe of this comment. I would just like to say that I made this comment a while ago when I got into a weird edgy phase. I don't use this account anymore. I'm just editing almost every comment I've made. That being said, have a good day. - 11/3/21

I actually have visual snow syndrome, and it really doesn’t affect me, but when I was little I though that what I was seeing were atoms 😂

My mom has Erotomania and I feel so bad for her :(
we have tried everything but she deeply believes that he's waiting for her and that he loves her. when we try to talk to her she starts to cry and tells us that we are trying to bring bad luck to her and that when that happens we will regret having said it.
She even stalk him on his social media, she texts him every day but obviously he never answers and doesn't even know about her but she deeply thinks that he has read everything and he does not answer because his wife is jealous and control him.
Mom i hope that one day you'll forget him and get better. I love you...

I wanted to take my time and thank you, because of you I could notice I wasnt okay and got professional help. Turns out I was dianosed with hiperfunctioning depression in a severe grade and anxiety dissorders. I just need to let you know that because of your videos I feel understood in a way. I'm so thankful to have found out about it as soon as I felt identified with some of the symptoms.
You are working hard for this videos and many more may appreciate your work in the same way I do.❤

things I learned that were not normal:
1. seeing static over everything
2. associating colors with things like months, grades, etc

edit: oh my gosh I was not expecting this many likes thank you

There’s this syndrome called “Alice and wonderland syndrome” it’s basically an alteration of visual perception and seeing sizes of a body part or external object as an incorrect size than it actually is.

The thing is, theres so many mental disorders, it’s difficult for somebody not to have one. Even if people claim they don’t they might have one

Hey, I know you probably won't see this but I just had to say THANK YOU!!! Watching this video is what let me find out I had visual snow syndrome and because of it we were better able to treat my visual disturbances and I've gone from migraines that left me stuck in my room for weeks to only getting a bad migraine once a fortnight. While to most that wouldn't seem all that great it has had such a huge impact on my life! I've been able to actually go out and do things regularly for the first time in years and I just can't thank you enough for helping me discover this!

Small fact about aphantasia: most people with aphantasia are self diagnosed (such as me). I’m not sure how to explain why, but you can search it up and find good articles on it

I know it's not technically a "disorder" but nobody really talks about Maladaptive Daydreaming and I think it's pretty cool (I have it myself).
It's basically daydreaming elaborate and realistic fantasies (daydreams) and doing this for hours a day. It's also common to do it with music playing or pacing around on the floor. For example, I'll put on my headphones with music and walk in circles for hours daydreaming about characters I've built up over the years and specific plots. It's really cool, unless it begins to become distracting and causes you to loose focus on important tasks. Otherwise it's a great thing to do when you're bored :D

I never knew everyone can't see random statics in the dark or when they close their eyes. I've had it for so long but it still scares me. I actually ended up crying once after seeing the disturbing static once, it really got on my nerves. I also use to see this very bright static, which I would say was circular and looked kind of like a shooting star, every night while walking towards outside at this particular spot, and even though it was always at this particular spot I still got jump scares from it

I have synesthesia. I can taste food whenever I hear about one or see one, even if i haven't even tasted it before. I once saw a Pao de lo cake, which my Portuguese friend brought to me and it tasted exactly like i expected it to. and like Amanda says, I associate words, songs, days of the week etc to colors. pretty cool.
