As an autistic person, I’m glad you mentioned it is a spectrum. I can’t even count anymore how many people have told me I “don’t look autistic” because of various reasons such as:
-I can talk
-I am smart
-I am beautiful (?)
-I am a girl (????)

as someone with PICA, i'm really happy to have been included and i'd also like to point that that PICA is only and ONLY ever disgnosed if those eating characteristics continue into late teenage years or adulthood.
PICA cannot be diagnosed if you are a child or preteen (diagnosis as preteen is possible but less likely)

I have autism- thank you for using the circular spectrum for example and not the linear one- it’s so much more fitting and makes it easier to explain to people. While I don’t really think it fits in with the term ‘Mental Illness’ as its not developed or cured, I still like this video- maybe I just take the term ‘illness’ too literally.
