I found these videos late last week and was really excited to get started with these! I was thinking of joining a gym and finding these videos and having a plan to start helped me commit to the membership. Thank you for making these videos and all of the detailed info. It’s my first time back to a gym in a long time and I felt confident working through these exercises because of how they are explained. Again, thank you so much. I will give it a try with dumbbells for the bench press. I wonder if this 30 day program is similar to maps anabolic ? I want to buy the program but I don’t know if I will be able to understand it

This is great!!! Important question - Do you do all three exercises back to back. Then rest 2 mins, and then start again, 3 rounds total? or Do you do all three sets of the exercise resting in between and then move on to the next exercise?
