at the end of the video when you guys are telling us to eat clean and drink tons of water and how much everything we did is enough just reminds me how lucky we are all are to have you guys thank you for all the hard work you put it

Please, please, please do another 5 day challenge for busy people (I'm a full time grad student and this was so FUN and doable)!!!! Maybe include more abs and upper body strength?

I cant even begin saying how much I love the Fitness Blender videos. I adore Kelly's agility and Daniel's voice when he motivates us towards the last 5 seconds of the series.

I've been working out with only this 30min-5days challenge for over one year. Not necessarily 5 days in a row, but for sure did more than 50 rounds. Just want to thank you guys about how much this changed my life in many aspects.

WORKOUT COMPLETE. I have not been working out in a long time, but today I decided to do something good for my health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. I came straight to FitnessBlender as I know you guys will always deliver. This video is 9 years old and yet today it was exactly what I needed. Coming back tomorrow - thank you Daniel and Kelli <3.

I just wanted to say your videos are still inspiring and motivating people to get healthy and fit even 7 years later ❤️ currently 4 weeks into one of your 8 week programs and love how beginner friendly the workouts are yet also push you to try your hardest, and am already seeing results both on the scale and in the amount of weight I can lift!!

Y’all have no idea how you’ve changed my fitness level. 2 years ago I was using a knee brace on both knees to do workouts. I was only doing your kick boxing workouts because my knees were too weak to handle HIIT and lower body strength. Today I workout with NO braces, and I’ve tackled HIIT workouts I never thought possible. I’ve embraced weight training and actually like it more than I do cardio. (Crazy coming from someone who ONLY did cardio her whole life.) I’ve purchased one of your workout plans and I’m begging...PLEASE make another 5 day challenge like this!! I would buy it!!! Love y’all! ❤️❤️

First time trying your workout routine and holey Did it kick my behind! I have been working out for about 5 months now and tried many different (bland and boring) DVD programs and YouTube videos but never ever had this much sweat! I had just said to my boyfriend last week that I do not feel like I'm actually getting a good workout due to the lack of heart pounding, sweat pouring, in my routine. Within minutes my shirt was soaked! Thank you so much for shearing these workouts! I believe I will reach my goal in no time. Current weight is 222lbs and hoping to see 160lbs by Christmas! looking forward to day 2!

Years after years I do come to this wonderful workout challenge ! It is easy to follow and D&K are very entertaining!! I want to say the pigeon pose at the cool down is the best!! Day 1 workout 🏋️‍♀️ complete.

You guys are awesome. Thank you for all your hard work making these workouts free. My baby is a year old now and so far I have lost 60lbs and weigh 20lbs less than when I got pregnant with her. I use your workouts almost every day and it makes me so happy it's free and you have so many because I get bored easily! You guys are so uplifting! Thank you for your positivity!

Such an awesome work out. I'm a single mother who works and goes to school so a good work out is how I relieve stress. I try not to get stuck in boring routines, going up to six days a week, so this 5 day challenge is perfect for breaking the routine up and keeping things exciting! ♡ you guys!

Thanks Fitnessblender! I'm a busy mom with a three year old. I also attend college and work 40 hours a week. These kinds of workouts are great for people like me on the go all the time. To push myself a bit harder, I put 5-10 pound weights on my ankles which really challenges me! You guys are the best! Kelly, every time I do your workouts, my son puts his face into the computer and waves saying "Hi Keayyie!" He loves you!

This 5-day workout is great for me. We are living overseas, traveling to a new place every few weeks. I used to spend the first few days in a new place looking for a gym but now I can workout in my apartment every morning! Thanks.

Did it! Can't thank you enough. I am so glad I found these videos. A little background. I'm 53 years old and have been around 15 to 20 lbs overweight most of my life except when I found Cardio Kickboxing and roller-blading and Karate for about 10 - 15 years and got in amazing shape, even taught Cardio Kickboxing. Knee injury, back injury (car crash) and I went back to my 20 ls overweight. Over time I added exercise back in - sometimes in a smart way and sometimes in a crazy way (P90 X). Needles to say I injured myself again - time off exercise another 10 lbs. Started doing Jillian Michaels 1/2 workouts which I loved but injured myself again....couple months off exercise and I find myself around 50 lbs over my goal weight. I found your videos and am working back from exasperating chronic injuries (broken foot years ago that is full of arthritis, knee soreness, back full of arthritis from old injuries). We're kind of broke with 2 kids in college so finding your free workouts was AWESOME. I love the way you show the different levels of intensity and the way you coach all the way through the workouts! I just finished the 5 day challenge (and even had a little stomach flue in the middle) and though my muscles were sore after the 1st two days now with day 5 done I feel much stronger, my flexibility is already a bit better, my stomach muscles feel nice and tight and I have just a bit of soreness in one knee. I'm thinking of doing something light tomorrow and then going for another round. My diet is not the greatest, I have not eaten and meat of any sort for around 20 years, I eat a small amount of fish as well as dairy but often fall into a carb heavy diet so I'm working on that. Looking forward to trying the Fat Burning Cardio workout soon1
