You didn't mention how highland cows are good for dairy purposes, even tho the breed doesn't produce at lot of milk like a jersey cow or a regular cow, highlands cows still produce a decent amount of milk that's good enough for personal or family use. Some people keep them as loving pets while still having them as dairy cows.
