I don't get it. If someone pay tax on their income then why he have to give tax on products? You can't charge tax on already taxed money . Can you please explain this?

breeza pe bhi 43% tax lagta h bcoz 4 meter rule kay sath 1200cc engine ka bhi rule h. Agar car 1200cc se badi h toh 15% cess hi lagta h
