Here's my go-to smoothie recipe that I drink after a workout. The protein powder is one of the best around and the other ingredients are best in class. Whether you drink this protein smoothie after a workout, or as a meal replacement, the flavor is great and it's nutrient dense! Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

Recipe: Blend all ingredients with 10 ounces of your favorite milk and enjoy! If using almond/peanut butter, add 3 tablespoons.

Smoothie recipe: 1ripe banana, baby spinach, frozen fruit, ( tropical or berries). collagen powder and almond milk for liquid.. I have a Nutra Ninja best smoothie blender.

I like to go with three trees almond milk, but malk is good as well! Three trees can be found at jewel and they have black seasame almond milk, vanilla, and plan organic and no additives.

Absolutely adore you Bobby. But what happened to the all natural smoothie- Kale, spinach, blueberries, a 1/4 banana for sweetness and spring water. I blend these in my Vitamix just add a scoop of Legion Athletic grass fed chocolate mint protein powder. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake and I'll eat a handful of pumpkin seeds or walnuts with it.
