Here is my favorite protein shake:
a bit less than 1/2 cup of milk (add less for thicker add more for thinner)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
4 ice cubes
1 big tablespoon of peanut butter
1 small tablespoon of nutella

My favorite protien drink has this recipe:
A scoop of protien
Then add almond milk
Then add a scoop of protien
Then add a banana
Then add some protien
Then grab some ice, dip them in protien, and add it.
Then add some protien and blend
Stop mid blend to add protien, then continue blending.
Once it's done, pour it in a glass, add some protien
Then, add 2 scoops of protein
Enjoy!

I like the recipe, here's mine!
1/2 cup frozen pineapple (spring for organic on the fruits if you can, it actually makes a huge difference)
1 1/2 cup frozen mango
Scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (either juice it or just throw in the whole thing if you don't mind pulp)
1/2 cup coconut water
Lil handful of spinach
Add teaspoons of water as needed for cohesion
