With respect, as a British English native speaker, I wish to point out that there are four syllables in al-le-vi-ates not three. If something elevates depressive symptoms that means that it raises them, increases them. I think you must have meant to say that zinc alleviates, not elevates, depression, but elevates is what I heard. This is a small point, but making clear what you mean, and understanding confusions that mispronunciations cause, can be important for your future communications. Thank you for your video.
