Big thing I haven't seen anyone talk about - Breloom can now learn Spore!

It wasn't added in any of the big updates where other 'mons got access to moves they should have had, so I guess people stopped looking, but you can now use the move reminder on Breloom at any level to teach it Spore! Big win for my OG Breloom, Skippy ❤️

Also make sure it doesnt have the effect spore ability. Would hate to have it wake up takle breloom and randomly get poisoned at 1 hp and die

Gallade with false swipe, rain dance, T wave, and trick, while holding a leppa berry, a phanpy with pickup (its only ability is pickup) and trevenant with Harvest and skill swap. You can also put haze on it

U accidentally found a shiny shroomish full odds and I didn't realise until the battle

“Fun” Fact:
Gamefreak eliminated most of the “pre-evo only moves” so evolved forms can learn them in Gen 8…

And then reverted MANY of those changes in Gen 9, including Breloom here. So, if you have BDSP and a shiny Breloom, simply move it to that game and teach it Spore with a Heart Scale.

I found a shiny shroomish and ended up evolving it wondering why it didn’t have spore. I hunted again the same day and found 2 more shiny shroomish and properly made it learn spore before I evolved it this time!

Everyone's excited (or terrified) about the Hisuian Forms/Evolutions being transferable for their competitive uses, but no one's mentioning Scrappy Hisuian Decidueye who also learns False Swipe!
No more Trick Ring Target nonsense when wanting to catch Ghost Types in a certain ball.

I'm running a Gallade with False Swipe, Hypnosis and Taunt. No more Healing Wishes for you Indeedee! It's also a Ghost-Teratype in case anything wants to use TakeDown or DoubleEdge.

The other thing I'm using is anything with Damp for Minior or anything else that likes to go 'boom'.

Breloom has Technician as a hidden ability, which boosts the power of False Swipe by 50%. This saves a lot of time

Berloom, masquerain, Eelectross.

Berloom is just like ours.

Masquerain uses soak for ghost, rock and steel types.

Eelektross uses gastro acid to take out pesky abilities that get in berloom’s way of using spore

I have a few Pokémon, based on what’s needed. For the full team…
First, a Pokémon that either removes an opponent’s ability, or swaps it for Harvest/other. This allows all Pokémon to be affected by status moves and remove other pesky Abilities.
Second, in case of Harvest, a Trick Pokémon with a Leppa Berry. Otherwise, Funbro.
Third, a Soak Pokémon, in case of Ghost or Grass.
Fourth, a Pokémon with a Sleep move and Noble Roar or Tearful Look.
Fifth, Breloom or another Sleep-False Swipe Pokémon.
