For outbreaks in the water you can leave to despawn them and run back to reroll. Also if there’s an outbreak of a Mon you really want you can do sparkling sandwich to boost odds even more. The recipes are usually one ingredient and two of any herba mystica to get sparkling if the type you want.

I just wish they would’ve made an obvious indicator that there is a shiny around. Shiny hunting for small Pokémon like sinistea is really taxing on the eyes.
