I’ve made this before! It is sooo delicious! The only difference I did was I sautéed the chicken in the oil from the sun dried tomatoes, and after cooking the garlic, I deglazed with a little white wine before adding the stock. The flavors were so amazing! This dish is so decadent, you’ll want it every day!

I made this tonight and it was amazing! I added shallots in just before the garlic, and some capers in when I added the tomatoes. Delicious!

Thank you so much for this, just tried it and it was the most delicious chicken I have ever made! I subbed coconut flour instead of regular flour to make it keto, and I also roasted a whole chicken in the oven first, stuffed with fresh lemon, and then carved into pieces and smothered in your delicious sauce! So, for anyone wondering, this sauce works extremely well with dark meat as well as the breast.

Looks delicious! My husband would say “double the spinach”. I’m always looking for new chicken recipes. We eat a lot of chicken. We raised 24 meat birds earlier this year. I canned some and the rest went into the freezer.
