I quit smoking today
1) Reason being my health, saving money to do become a rider.
2) My research is few peoples life which is inspiring me to live my full potential l. Specially #ridergirlvishakha
3) I will go places, meet people and do activities where smoking is no where.
4) I am taking responsibility and taking small steps and moving forward day by day.
5) I am rewarding myself for all small small achievements and experiencing the good changes in my health, my living pattern, my wealth.

It might nit be that easy to live with a Monk Mind but I am understanding that there is no purpose when you live a monkey mind either.

I have been self deciplined from last 7-8 months in 2019. I was enjoying my life focused on my passion and purouse getting close to Allah day by day but when I step in to 2020, I thought this year would be a life changing for me, but ALAS I fall back to my old routine of waking up late, smoking too Much, controlled by desires and ego etc
Now i am pushing myself to reach my authentic self again, Thanku Jay your videos...
May Allah guide us all through a straight path.. Ameen ❤️

Hi Jay, hi everyone, i´ve been wacthing youre videos and so far, i´ve learned so much about me and how our mind works, in like, 4 days, things that i´d never imagine. its been great knowing that there is a solution for us to get out of the bad situations, bad life, bad habits that we live, and all we have to do its start to know and understant our selves, basiclly, talk to our selves, our past, and whatever ist stopping you to move on. Man, im only 23 and before watching youre videos, i was so depressed, im still have alot to work, a lot to change in me, but it gives me hope and entusiasm, and everytime i´m feeling down, i come here and you give me some answers. so thank you for you´re words and empaty. hope you all doing good, never loose hope!

I changed my mind i changed my life. Healthy foods. Sports. My vitamins. I read every morning and now i set goals and treat myself for every goal i achieve. Now after 3 month i am going to do crossfit. Slowly progressing in the best version of myself. I am finally open for dating and reading so much books and helping people- showing love and gratitude and living my life the way i love. Have faith. Switch your mind and change your thinking and your life will change🌱
