Bless you for all of this, but especially the SUDDEN belly bloat. I Have endured especially this symptom every since pre-adolescence and it always severly upset me b/c I couldn't figure out why or how all these other girls and women had such flat bellies and no matter how much weight I lost or gained, my belly would randomly swell/distend, usually only 15 +/- minutes after waking. It was so bad and frequent I actually called it "the daily bloat" and it was inescapable for me. This daily bloat did not include what I called "the special bloat" which was an exacerbated form of the daily belly bloat, usually due to PMS, exercise, diarrhea, EXTRA stressful circumstances, etc.

About a year and a half ago I began to realize I have been emotionally abused my entire life and began my healing journey.

I have to take PS 100 at night to bring my cortisol down so i can sleep. With adrenal issues, sometimes my cortisol is too high and sometimes too low. Regulating it helps

Ugh the red hot flashing . . I am looking into the Somatic healing . . Been doing EMDR for recent trauma and for like long . . I am enjoying the healing ❤️‍🩹 😊
