INGREDIENTS:
Salt, for marinade
1/2 kilo pork belly
1/2 kilo chicken pieces
Cooking oil
1 whole garlic, crushed
2 pieces onions, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
5 pieces laurel leaves
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 cup water
