🤍 Adobong Puti. Or “white adobo”, which gets its name either from the “white” vinegar used, or the absence of soy sauce commonly used in classic adobos.

Without soy sauce, you get a more vinegar-forward adobo. Some purists insist that adobong puti is closer to “traditional” adobo because soy sauce is a foreign ingredient. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Coconut water / buko juice adds a sweet, refreshing finish to this recipe. Try it out! If a purist gets mad, sabihin mo white naman din yung buko juice.
