Ingredients:
Adobo #1: Chicken Adobo With Hard Boiled Egg And Pineapple
Set A:
1/2 kg chicken
3 cloves garlic
3-4 pcs laurel leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 piece onion
Set B:
2 pcs potatoes
slurry (¼ cup water and ¼ cup cornstarch)
5 pieces hardboiled egg
1 pack Del Monte Pineapple Chunks
Adobo #2: Adobong Pula With Pinya
Set A:
400 grams pork belly
400 grams chicken
3 cloves garlic
3-4 pieces laurel leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup vinegar
1 piece onion
Set B:
½ cup fish sauce
1/4 cup annatto oil
1 pack Del Monte Pineapple Chunks
Adobo #3: Piñadobo Sa Gata
Set A:
½ kg pork belly
3 cloves garlic
3-4 pieces bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup vinegar
1 piece onion
Set B:
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup gata
4 pieces green chilies
2 pieces red chilies
1 pack Del Monte Pineapple Chunks
