Thank you so much for a helpful content 🙏🏼. Almost 2 years ago I had internal meniscus tear in both knees, I treated with PRP infiltration, worked great, but still some pain and stiffness. My question is, can I do static cycling? Nothing crazy, just pedaling without resistance? Thank you 🌟

Hey doc.. I mentioned my shoulder inflammation problem on your last shoulder video. Then you suggested some basic exercises. Like you mentioned in the video, i tried those workouts and it feels very easy . So do you have any other suggestions, videos or should i work the same exercise with more weight..Can u help me with this?

I had knee surgery 1year ago and mow it popping alot because of my bad hip.

Hi sir! I some months ago i had twisted my strongest knee and i wasnt able to do p.e. for 3/4 months. It's now summer and my orthopedic (im not English so my grammar might be quite invulgar.) said i had to do physical therapy (I don't how to say it in English.) and im still waiting for my first day. While i was recovering, i accidentally twisted more..3 times. And uh..i have hypermobility or hypertension (in my language it's: "hiperelaxidez") and i lost all my flexibility on that knee! Could you recite any video or some excersize to regain that flexibility? Or the best i can do? If yes, i would be super happy! ^^

I have a knee replacement. Should I also do this with the patella of the replaced knee?

As you said extend your knees down as it touch the mat. Is it not we come to the case of hyper extension of the knee. Can you give clarity about the difference between hyper extension and what you said as when you work of extension of knee.
