Low impact workout perfect for beginners or an active rest day. You can modify up this workout to make it more intense by adding a weighted vest, ankle weights, or grabbing heavier dumbbells!!

Youll spot the kiddo in this one☺️ he loves to pop in a do a little bit of my exercises with me or have me do the ones he does at school! So if you have little ones, try to get them to join you for a little bit! It shows great healthy habits to them & is such great fun spending quality time with them while also working on our health!! My kiddo looooves runs to the mailbox & back😆
