In my Mac Power off ans Power On It worked but after 2 to 5 minutes it again freezes how would I fix this permanently😢

Mine is Brand new Model 1924 GO. Anyway the update killed the used one. I had bought at a Pawn shop for $169.00 with keyboard and.pen. But the wrong power cord. I powered up with 33% Battery. I plug the USB-C Cord Adaptor in " I Now know USB- C. Is the wrong adaptor. _ Long short. Pawn shop sent first to their Local Tech Guy He suggested an OEM Power Adaptor. This after they had bought a 3rd Party Adaptor. Well, OEM Adaptor didn't fix a problem either. After almost a total of two weeks. And 2 power adaptors. They found out about a Corrupted or bad Windows 10 update is what caused the tablet the become a paper weight. They contacted MICROSOFT AND Bill Sent me a Brand New New Old Stock Model # 1926. Ans upon powering up the new one. I ran across the ERROR Code
