Thanks for the help! Question- how long should it “typically “ take to install windows after its been factory reset? Mine has been at it for over 10 hours. It’s been at 68% for the last couple of hours.

When I follow those steps (from the Lock Screen) a reset option doesn’t show for me. In troubleshoot I only have options for UEFI Firmware Settings and Startup Settings. Thoughts?

sir can you teach me how to recover my surface go, theres no apps us i can see its only asking a password but i cannot remember, , surface UEFI only how to format without using a computer

What if my surface somehow linked to my main pc, when I reset it will it also reset my desktop?!?!

HI, after it hits 100% "Resetting this PC" it doesnt go to "Installing" .. instead it opens a window "American Megatrend" where it gives me 2 options 1) to press F12 to clear the PTM or press ESC to reject this chnage request and continue... either one i press another window pops saying "undoing changes" and no factory reset happened at all... what is happening or what am i doing wrong? help
