That's not for for hamstring, more effective for lower back.

I don't start feeling more glutes than hamstrings until I get close to 90 degrees knee flexion, but that makes balance much tougher.

Any tips to get lower with deadlifts or squats to put more strain on the glutes than hamstrings?
