To piggyback on the first one, a toxic person will say things like "so and so doesn't like you. They were saying bad things about you." These people are never any good.

I have been surrounded by toxic people all my life. I am 73 now and I have weathered much tragedy in the past 10 years……….HOWEVER I have never been better. Now I know…………and I am out of many toxic relationships now. Thank you, Jefferson. God bless your work……..it is a healing work.

Not all toxic people are loud; those with anti social personality disorder, malignant and covert narcissists can often be cold, calculated and cunningly cruel. That said they use triangulation as well with an often sadistic twist.

I can seriously identify! I am currently in an almost carbon copy of what you have shared.

This toxic person is extremely loud and when they don't get you to dance to their tune, they become almost violent in their behaviour.

For instance, talking about you to others, slamming doors, or wht I call, "throwing professional tantrums" crazy behaviour indeed! Smh
