Increase Your Mobility with Primal Squats for Beginners

We all lose some range of motion as we age if we don't work on it.
So it's important we combat that loss of mobility. Squatting is a great way to stay mobile.
If getting down into a primal squat doesn't come easily to you, don't worry!
You probably haven't done it in a very long time, so it will take some progressive squat versions to get your body mobile enough for the primal squat again. And even if you never progress to the primal squat, the less-deep variations will be beneficial to you, too.
To help you get there, I recorded a short video for you demoing 4 progressive stages of the primal squat.
