Detoxing is substantially easier than alcohol or opiates. First you'll sleep for a day then eat and be tired for 2-4 more days and that's it.

I wouldn't wish this addiction on my worst enemy. It will rob of everything. I've cried a many years cause I'm on it and I am ashamed of myself! When you don't have anyone to support you it makes it hard to find a reason to quit.

I've been using for 12 years daily i am so tired of it. I don't have the option of going to rehab. I got to do this here at home and be able to work to. I'm alone so i don't have a support system. I will pray for you right now I am sorry to hear you struggling like you are. I just ppl like me and you that quit and they had a stroke or heart attack shortly there after. I think it keeps our blood thin out we would've had that already I guess. Idk I guess we will just keep quitting till it sticks. My prayers go out for us all that's sick with addition. My son is now on month 4 of meth. I don't know how to reach him verbally to get him into rehab. I fear for his life daily. He's filled with anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Any information will help me please.

I been using meth 17 years non stop i would only stop when im at work and til this day im still a user i pay my rent i make money yes i was homeless 2 months but got on my feet again never stopped doing meth ...im a responsible meth person.

Sleep guided meditation, there are some great videos youtube. 4 nights a listened while home. Also bliod test ate important. Complete blood work up, deficiencies are caused by use, but also because of changes in diet, exercise and going outside find people eat more sugar, more carbs and less whole foods. Try smoothies, you can pick up turmeric also. Attach it with white pepper, make sure it is organic. Anti inflammatory. Serotonin is hindered and imbalanced but be careful about getting on SSRIs the intial treatment can overload your Serotonin causing suicide ideation. I was able to quit not only this, but Xanax, Trazadone, Celexa, Gaba and pain killers. I do not recommend this next step but i am going to mention it because i want you to understand that this is possible. Being whole feeling good and knowing its accessible. I went cold turkey, i had no withdrawals per say except a tiny bit of vertigo. I had tried many times before hence i used pain killers for over 10 yrs, recreationally. M for 3yr, Xanax for 4yrs. Anxiety meds since i was 18yrs old. It has been 2 yrs since i experienced this miraculous empowerment i was 45.

My ex always jerk in middle of night kick out no where I had give him pink salt and these hyland restless legs pills he was very bad please take multi vitamins and antidepressants if needed and Powerade gateorade if you are drinking the abuse you do that harms your
Malnourished and very hard to get on schedule just doing these few things will help you tremendously
