I live in the city and somebody in the apartment building across from mine owns a husky. I know this because I hear him crying ALL DAY while they are gone. I've seen them take him for a walk ONCE. It breaks my heart hearing him cry all day. I guess one of the other neighbors called the MSPCA and they said there is literally nothing they can do about it. 😥
