Singapore is open for tourism and you basically do not need to do PCR or RAT test prior to departure or upon arrival in Singapore. There is no quarantine required nor any COVID test upon arrival. However, you need to complete Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) online.

Going around in Singapore with public transport like MRT and Bus, Taxi and car sharing services like Grab and Gojek. You can purchase EZ-Link (card for MRT & bus) in the MRT stations.

As a Singaporean, I can confirm that this video is actually correct.

Gojek and Grab are really widely used here, and FoodPanda is also used a lot here, but it's a Chinese company.

And for learning about Singlish, we're taught English as our primary language and for many it's our first, so learning Singlish isn't necessary.

However, when you go to kopi tiams (aka. coffee shops) here I'd recommend learning the local terms for items there for the most immersive experience. (will link blogs later)

Hawker centres are also like kopi tiams so you can do the same.

char kway teow is way too oily but i recommend ordering nasi lemak 👍

Guys, I really don’t recommend y’all taking mrt or bus if you aren’t a local. a) it’s really crowded and there is a higher chance of contracting covid b) you need an EZ link card, and it’s like 5 $, excluding the money you need to put into the card. It’s fine if you want it as a souvenir, but just saying, grab, taxi, or a car rental would be much better.
