I’ve lost 55 lbs and I’m meal prepping and tracking as well. As I was reading the macros at the bottom of the screen, I thought “hmm. Sis needs more protein and less carbs (or more intentional) carbs. And you said the same thing in your recap. It’s good to record yourself so you can see where the tweaks can be made. You’ve got this girl!

Hey Bestie!!! Here’s a few tips I do to hit my protein:
2) 99% lean turkey meat is really high, I do 6oz= @ 39g

I was binging your channel I didn’t realize this was a recent upload lol but you have helped me alot with finding healthier options . I decided to go Vegan cold turkey and jus learned how to veganize a lot of things and making my plates look pretty too 😭😂

For me personally I have a super high heavy protein packed breakfast and I don’t eat till like dinner time lmao, it’s just what works for me. I also snack throughout the day. But if I am hungry then I’ll make something.

I add cucumber, furikake, and avocado to my salmon bowl along with everything you added and I love it! I see some people add thinly sliced carrots to it and season them with rice wine vinegar and red pepper flakes.

I love how you recap your day at the end and state each time that you will try to do better with specific goals. I think if people applied that to life, they can be successful. I am people lol. But this has allowed to me consider to change the way I approach my macros and fitness goals for each day and not be so hard on myself. Thank you for sharing your journey... Thanks so much for sharing that protein power. It is so good. I ordered it and it came yesterday. I made a smoothie with that, almond milk, a half of a banana and a dash of cinnamon. It was sooo good!

Another great upload! Although- I do miss the voice overs. I take your videos with me around the house and it’s nice to hear what you’re doing if I’m not directly looking at the screen. I don’t mind talk through’s at all- I think they’re more helpful for me. The visuals are still much appreciated though because I can always reference back! Much love ❤️

First of all I love your videos. I stumbled on one about a month ago and have binged since then. Second- argh protein macros.. Same struggle. I tend hit the macros better if I aim to protein pack my breakfast some combo of (premier proteins, cashew/almond protein milk with my oatmeal and protein powder, sausage, eggs, protein oatmeal) then I make sure to add in at least 2 high protein snacks (protein bars, protein chips). And with my salmon bowl I always add in cucumbers and avocado to make my own little sushi rolls with the seaweed.

The stress of calorie counting etc is too much for me. I have been trying to loose weight for so long and I do loose but get stressed and gain it right back.

I’m glad you are still doing well and maybe I will try again. Keep up the good work.
