This 10-minute pelvic floor meditation is for menstruators who experience pain or cycle-related difficulties. It includes a brief guided meditation followed by a powerful, non-religious body blessing (body prayer) for the female reproductive system.

Meditation and guided imagery are effective tools that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. This meditation for menstrual RELEASE has a little fire 🔥 to it! The intention is to help empower you during this POWERFUL time of the month when you are releasing — not just physiologically, but energetically too — and making way for the new.

I have returning to this monthly for a few months. Usually on the first day of my cycle and I feel like I gain something new from it every time. A stunning session that always leaves me feeling a little lighter and brighter and closer to myself ♥️

This was amazing. I’ve been on a long journey with my menstrual cycle - learning to accept it and even appreciate it. I have a friend who talks about her cycle like it’s a very good friend and she loves it. I would like to get there but there was a time I thought the idea was absurd. That a cycle was meant to be hated and it was shameful and problematic. Now I am learning that that was programming and I’m letting it go. Thank you for this meditation. It brought tears to my eyes especially when you mentioned the abuse part. 😢❤ I feel better now though.

Currently experiencing the worst menstrual pain that I’ve ever had and while this meditation didn’t take the pain away, it brought me to tears just sending love, nurturing energy, and forgiveness to my womb space. This was beautiful, thank you.

I started crying during this meditation but it wasn't a bad cry it felt like there was something released tooted deep down. I think there's a lot in a person's body that needs to heal through life. But thank you for helping me open one gate of myself today.

I was not expecting that to make me cry Dr. Bri can you please make a guided meditation on healing sexual trauma? I’m pretty sure my hypertonic pelvic floor and IC have something to do with my past sexual abuse would love a guided meditation for that.!❤
