The few seconds when the cramp just go away it feels like feeling of heaven on earth🙂 but...when it comes back with another wave it feels like I'm in hell and I feel irritated with whatever goes around.Especially I feel like I'm dying when we have to stand after every hour to wish the teacher in school and sitting straight with that killing cramps.Hats off to us who bear this pain every month

Dear girls ....
Be strong, and don't forget the pain you are suffering now after 4-5 days after your periods gone .Do yoga, avoid junk foods, drink more water so that next time you don't have to suffer from same ✅

I know women who miss school, college, work due to extreme vomitting, pain, cramps, clots, heavy bleeding, palpitations, breathlessness, heaviness in legs, backache, sleeplessness, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea during periods. They are irritable and unable to sleep or eat or even drink water properly and feel weak even after periods are over. No medicine helps them. They get more pain if they try to exercise or exert physically too much

I don't know who need to hear this but every women are warrior suffering this pain. We can't understand your pain and no world can be help full for you in this period but you are too much strong than this pain.
And we proud of you that you suffer that pain that we don't even know.😢

When i am in periods, i had to take bedrest for 2-3
And i can't even eat anything for 1-2 days☹️, anything i eat, had vomit.... Including vomit tablet.... 🥺
I had to suffer from severe stomach pain, vomits, 😖

If you are suffering from period pain then follow these tips
1) after your periods are over start exercise or yoga for about 15-20 minutes, ( min 5 days a week)
2) avoid junk as much as possible
3) don't take mental stress, avoid talking to negative people around you.
4) during morning take 5 minutes of sun bath.
I followed these tips for a month and this time my periods were less painful than last month.

I had no idea that the postures I was doing during my periods were actual yoga posture untill now...but I knew I was doing something right because they were working....🙂🤝 Thankyou mam for the information.

I used to get periods pain so often that sometimes I wanted to die. But once I ate fruits, vegetables and avoided junk food and did exercise daily and maintained good sleep then magically i didn't even feel a little pain in that month. Maybe our lifestyle is also a very important thing to be changed.

Sometimes my sister suffer from this pain and i hv no idea what to do..
