I ditched my magnesium oxide for magnesium glycinate and citrate. Best thing I ever did. I have not had any leg cramps and I am sleeping so much better. No aches, no pains. It took me to get almost 50 to absorb this great information. Thank you Dr. Mandell. ♥️

I spray magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet before bed and am asleep in 10 minutes after years of being awake for at least an hour before I go to sleep...Hallelujah!

The same day that I got terrible leg cramps, I also developed insomnia. I took 500 mg of Magnesium Glycinate and the leg cramps and insomnia were both resolved simultaneously!

Another awesome video. Two years ago I saw a similar video and started to take Magnesium Glycinate and it has helped so much! Dr. Mandell, You are doing tremendous job by helping people across the world to keep healthy and fit on minimum cost. In fact, it is notable cause that only few people can do without personal gains.
Dr. Mandell i am.suffering from sensative stomach issue that trigered after diabetes. I cannot drink or eat citric types food such as lemon, vinegar and onion, beetroot, dry fruits, pure honey, white reddish, garlic, ginger etc. When i use such stuff my indigestion starts and my throat becomes swollen. In our local language it is called stomach heat up but doctors do not consider this problem. Kindly, guide me how to overcome this issue.

I don't sleep. And magnesium, nothing helps but when I have my test done it says I have too much magnesium I give anything to gain weight and have less dizziness, and yes I think Dr Mandel is awesome !❤

Glad to know that the Glycinate is one of the most recommended! I had a bad fall about 20 days ago and tore many muscles in one leg. Now that I'm healing I'm getting Charlie horses which hits me most often at night while sleeping. This will help with the spasms and sleep. Thanks Doc!❤
