These are my running tips for beginners, after running a mile a day for a month 😅 It has been a long thirty days, but I think it's safe to say I'm officially a runner now...

This challenge wasn't about losing weight or some before and after photoshoot opportunity for me. It was all about building new habits, working on my resilience and becoming healthier.

Running one mile everyday for 30 days isn't that difficult physically, unless you have a preexisting medical condition of course. It's all about that mental struggle against laziness!

I LOVE your video and here’s why: it’s honest, it’s relatable. We take on these challenges and they’re sometimes unrealistic, unmanageable, and we don’t really know what we’re getting into at the time we commit. However you kept trying and changed parts of your lifestyle to incorporate healthy exercise. Your video motivated me as a beginner runner. Thank you!

You have inspired me to keep going. I ran 2 miles a day for seven days. It was rough but I managed and posted the results on my channel. Now I'm going to continue. I find running/jogging helps with depression.

Just a tip from one runner to another, please untie and re-tie your running shoes each time you take them off and put them on. It'll extend the life of your shoes, and will offer your feet and ankles the support they need! 😉

Im doing this too. I have vacation now and its alot of traveling and stuff but if I miss one day I run the double next day. After every run Im so energic that I train 2 muscle groups after every run.

Havent loose any weight but I can see a big difference on my body.
Tighter body and my muscles starts to be defined.
