These are my running tips for beginners, after running a mile a day for a month 😅 It has been a long thirty days, but I think it's safe to say I'm officially a runner now...
This challenge wasn't about losing weight or some before and after photoshoot opportunity for me. It was all about building new habits, working on my resilience and becoming healthier.
Running one mile everyday for 30 days isn't that difficult physically, unless you have a preexisting medical condition of course. It's all about that mental struggle against laziness!
