7 minutes cut short: 1. Loaded jumps 5x5, assisted jump/ pogo jumps as quick as possible 10-20 x 3-5 sets, 2 minutes rest

It looks like your friend in Vegas gets his techniques from Paul Fabritz of PJF Performance. I’ve been doing this a bit from Paul’s program, but I would love to see how you would structure a program. I’m curious that you would have a heavy leg day immediately following an explosive plyo day, but just once a week. I have to say, I kinda feel better when I reduce my heavy lifting.

How does he have the band wrapped around his chest and hooked too a bar at the same time? It looks like it’s hard too do. Is it? I have a big orange band, can you use that? Idk if it will be long enough or if it can stretch long enough. What kind of band you use for that jump.

Sir, What will happen if I only trains the overspeed part? I wanna focus on training my stretch shortening cycle to improve ground contact time. How should i do it sir? Should I focus on overspeed more?

How would you progressively overload these with athletes going into preseason and inseason. What variable would you change to overload. Is an overload even necessary for explosive vertical jumps?
