Our world is suffering from PRIDE but Jesus said Humility and guidance is needed the world could never have peace with so many corrupted divination spirits. The Holy Spirit cannot survive in such a world. Try living with someone who’s always negative and see for yourself how you become like them, we cause and enable our own outcomes, we cannot blame God for the suffering because our own beliefs created it. We are powerful in a good way by taking guidance from the Holy Spirit (see Characters of The Holy Spirit). Guidance from the spirits of this world limits you to human understanding.

God said ask and you shall receive, YES You'll certainly receive it but God decides weather it's right for you, he doesn't want to grant you something that will turn out to be a burden until you die. So when you ask and it's not given it means God said I don't want that for you, because you might suffer .
