I used to do all your workouts and I got seriously fit 3 years ago thanks to you. I was overweight and I lost over 12 kilos with you! I stopped though due to eating disorders and body and hormonal problems.. I stopped for 2 years and now I'm so out of shape! Thing is I hate low impact workouts, they bore me out! I love these so much but I have to take multiple breaks bc I'm out of shape now, but I'll do a bit of these every day till I can finish one without breaks :)

This is a great workout!  Good and sweaty.  The workout groups are short and quick, so that makes even the tough ones achievable.  I've found kickboxing to be an incredible upper body workout.  You don't realize how effective shadow boxing is until the next day.

I revisited this workout today when I was bored and unmotivated to do much of anything. It was perfect. It's not brutal, yet it burns a lot of calories and works up a good sweat. It goes by super fast -- even the tough segments are over before you know it! One of my favorites.

Did a lower body strength workout yesterday, ouch. But I always love kickboxing, especially at the end of the week ^-^. Can I request a new kickboxing workout though? I've completed all of the ones you guys have (and as much as I enjoy them every time I do them) I would like a new one... If its not too much to ask for, please.

This is so fun and its so hard. I got through 16 minutes of the work out and I was tired. I will push myself harder next time, but im proud I atleast sweating alot, thos showed me how intense the workout is.
